Payments can be made via secure methods, such as bank transfers, credit cards, or other payment methods accepted by Katchit Studio. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.

  • Cancellations made before the project begins will receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs after the project has started, the incurred costs up to that point will be deducted from the total amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • No refunds will be offered after project completion, except in cases of significant technical error attributable to Katchit Studio.

Katchit Studio will make every effort to ensure that the services provided are of the highest quality. However, we do not guarantee that:

  • The results obtained from the use of the services will meet all of the client’s expectations.
